Isembard: Agents for CAD/CFD
This talk demonstrates using LLMs and reasoning models to automate CAD and CFD tasks for drone design, exploring AI-driven planning and decision-making.
I’m working on Isembard - a tool aiming to orchestrate and automate CAD and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tasks by combining these tasks with LLMs and reasoning models.
I’ll be presenting progress so far (early days) - showing what decisions the LLM calls are currently controlling, and inviting ideas on how higher-level planning of designs could be controlled via reasoning models working upon a knowledge base, and armed with a library of modules for performing CAD/CFD tasks
