by monitoring what you’re doing on your computer and popping up questions when it looks like you’re procrastinating (based on the apps and websites you’re using), the AI knows when to check in. further, instead of encouraging you to create a massive to-do list, you are encouraged to keep breaking down tasks to be simpler and simpler until you have one that you are confident you can start right now and complete within 5 minutes. that gets your momentum going, and the assistant will continue checking in when you might be procrastinating
