Demonstrating how real‑time voice AI extracts structured resource data from community organizations, reconciles it with existing schemas, and improves service routing.
BearHug is using real time voice AI to hold a conversation with community based organizations about the resources they have available for folks in need within the community they serve. Right now, it’s difficult for social workers and those in need to navigate a system with tons of data siloes. Capacity data for CBOs seems to many to be far out of reach to many in social services and healthcare sectors. But with AI, the mission is within grasp to better route those in need to services that are ready to get them on a journey of recovery.
Pipecat AI voice bot uses Claude/ElevenLabs for real-time phone calls and data extraction.
