Bridge the gap between LLMs and customer data by connecting the Model Context Protocol to Segment CDP.

This implementation enables AI agents to query and write to Segment (the industry-leading Customer Data Platform) using the Model Context Protocol. By exposing Segment’s API endpoints as MCP tools, developers give LLMs direct access to user traits, event tracking, and identity resolution. It eliminates manual data exports: an agent can now retrieve a specific user profile or trigger a track call (e.g., 'Order Completed') through a standardized JSON-RPC interface. This setup turns raw customer telemetry into actionable context for personalized AI interactions.
