Agentic Pipelines
Agentic Pipelines orchestrate specialized AI agents, enabling multi-step, adaptive workflows that autonomously plan, use tools, and course-correct based on intermediate results.
This technology is a critical upgrade: a shift from fixed, linear workflows to dynamic, autonomous systems. The architecture coordinates specialized sub-agents (e.g., Researcher, Coder, Validator) within a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) structure. A central Orchestrator agent manages the flow, utilizing a shared Memory component and a dedicated Toolkit (APIs, databases) to execute complex, multi-stage tasks. For example, a data analysis pipeline autonomously profiles data, selects cleaning techniques, and iteratively refines the analysis plan. This design ensures robust error handling and iterative refinement, delivering high-credibility, traceable outputs where a single Large Language Model (LLM) call would fail.
