This virtual model constantly syncs with its real-world counterpart using real-time sensor data, AI, and Machine Learning. Key applications include predictive maintenance: for example, Rolls-Royce uses its 'IntelligentEngine' program to monitor over a dozen parameters on jet engines, anticipating failures and dramatically reducing costly downtime. This capability allows operators to simulate scenarios, test design changes, and optimize performance before deploying any physical changes, driving significant efficiency gains across the entire asset lifecycle.
