NVIDIA’s Grace-Blackwell GB10 integrates the ARM-based Grace CPU and the Blackwell GPU architecture into a single, power-optimized module. It utilizes the 900 GB/s NVLink Chip-to-Chip interconnect to eliminate traditional PCIe bottlenecks, ensuring coherent memory access across the system. Designed for scalable data center deployments, the GB10 provides the 4-bit floating point (FP4) precision necessary to run trillion-parameter LLMs while reducing energy consumption by up to 25x compared to the previous H100 generation.
