Cerebras delivers the world's fastest AI compute: The Wafer-Scale Engine (WSE) is the largest single-chip processor ever built, purpose-built for deep learning.

We build the Wafer-Scale Engine (WSE) technology, a revolutionary approach to AI compute. Our latest chip, the WSE-3, is a monolithic processor featuring 4 trillion transistors and 900,000 AI-optimized cores on a single wafer (46,225 mm²). This architecture eliminates inter-chip communication bottlenecks, delivering 125 petaflops of peak AI performance and 21 petabytes per second of memory bandwidth. The WSE-3 powers the Cerebras CS-3 system: a compact, single-device experience that scales to clusters of 2,048 systems (Condor Galaxy) for training frontier models up to 24 trillion parameters. We replace racks of GPUs with a single, high-performance unit, accelerating AI training and inference by orders of magnitude.
