GAMA is a high-performance modeling platform for building spatially explicit agent-based simulations with integrated GIS data.

GAMA provides a robust IDE for developing complex simulations involving thousands of autonomous agents interacting within realistic environments. It uses the GAML language to streamline model creation, allowing researchers to integrate OpenStreetMap files and Shapefiles directly into 3D visualizations. Built on the Eclipse RCP, the platform supports multi-level modeling (macro and micro scales) and includes built-in tools for parameter space exploration and sensitivity analysis.
