Azure Stream Analytics executes high-volume telemetry processing with sub-millisecond latencies. It integrates natively with Event Hubs and IoT Hub to ingest data from millions of devices (sensors, clickstreams, or logs) and routes processed insights to Power BI, SQL databases, or Blob storage. The engine handles late-arrival data and temporal windows (tumbling, hopping, or sliding) automatically. Developers write logic in standard SQL, supplemented by custom JavaScript or C# functions, to detect patterns or anomalies across massive datasets without managing any underlying infrastructure.
